Submission Guidelines

  Thank you for your interest in submitting your research paper to our international conference. To ensure consistency and high-quality presentation, all submissions must adhere to the following guidelines:

1. Paper Format

• All papers must be written in English.

• The manuscript should strictly follow the IEEE format.

• The document should be prepared in Microsoft Word (.doc/.docx) and PDF format.

• LaTeX submissions will not be accepted.

2. Paper Structure

• Each paper should include the following sections:

• Title: A concise and descriptive title.

• Authors and Affiliations: Full names, institutional affiliations, and email addresses of all authors.

• Abstract: A brief summary (150–250 words) outlining the key findings of the research.

• Keywords: 3 to 5 relevant keywords.

• Introduction: Background, objectives, and significance of the research.

• Methodology: Explanation of the research methods used.

• Results and Discussion: Presentation and interpretation of findings.

• Conclusion: Summary of results and future research directions.

• References: Properly formatted in IEEE citation style.

3. Formatting Requirements

• Font: Times New Roman, 10 pt.

• Margins: 1-inch (2.54 cm) on all sides.

• Columns: Two-column format, justified text alignment.

• Spacing: Single-spaced.

• Figures and Tables: Must be clear and properly labeled, placed within the text.

• Equations: Use the Equation Editor in Word.

4. Page Limit

• Regular papers: 4–6 pages (including references and appendices).

• Extended papers (if applicable): Maximum of 8 pages.

5. Submission Process

• The final submission should include both DOC/DOCX and PDF versions of the paper.

• Submissions should be made through the conference's official submission portal by the specified deadline.

• All papers will be subject to a peer-review process.

6. Plagiarism Policy

• Papers must be original and not published or under review elsewhere.

• A plagiarism check will be conducted, and papers with high similarity scores will be rejected.

8. Paper Submission – ICEERES 2025  

• All paper submissions must be made through the Microsoft CMT platform.

• Authors must ensure they have the right to all materials used or having received proper reuse permissions.
