Thank you for your interest in submitting your research paper to our international conference. To ensure consistency and high-quality presentation, all submissions must adhere to the following guidelines:
All papers must be written in English.
The manuscript should strictly follow the IEEE format.
The document should be prepared in Microsoft Word (.doc/.docx) and PDF format.
LaTeX submissions will not be accepted.
Each paper should include the following sections:
Title: A concise and descriptive title.
Authors and Affiliations: Full names, institutional affiliations, and email addresses of all authors.
Abstract: A brief summary (150–250 words) outlining the key findings of the research.
Keywords: 3 to 5 relevant keywords.
Introduction: Background, objectives, and significance of the research.
Methodology: Explanation of the research methods used.
Results and Discussion: Presentation and interpretation of findings.
Conclusion: Summary of results and future research directions.
References: Properly formatted in IEEE citation style.
Font: Times New Roman, 10 pt.
Margins: 1-inch (2.54 cm) on all sides.
Columns: Two-column format, justified text alignment.
Spacing: Single-spaced.
Figures and Tables: Must be clear and properly labeled, placed within the text.
Equations: Use the Equation Editor in Word.
Regular papers: 4–6 pages (including references and appendices).
Extended papers (if applicable): Maximum of 8 pages.
The final submission should include both DOC/DOCX and PDF versions of the paper.
Submissions should be made through the conference's official submission portal by the specified deadline.
All papers will be subject to a peer-review process.
Papers must be original and not published or under review elsewhere.
A plagiarism check will be conducted, and papers with high similarity scores will be rejected.
